Who we are
Founded on over 30 years of combined experience
Ridgemount Homes was founded by Tim Probe, Wade Probe, and Colby Sawatzky, who between them bring more than 30 years of combined experience in real estate and finance.
The company's focus is luxury residential development in Western Canada, delivered in small, well-considered collections rather than large-scale subdivisions. That structure gives the team direct oversight of the detail in every building.
The Summit Collection at Three Sisters Mountain Village in Canmore is the company's current development. Phase one comprises Residences H, A, G, and F, with further phases planned.

Fewer projects, higher standard
Ridgemount Homes builds a small number of developments rather than expanding volume. Phase one of The Summit Collection is four residences.
Location before everything
The company selects sites in places with lasting appeal. Canmore and the Bow Valley are the starting point for that strategy.
Finished product, not promises
Two of the four buildings in phase one are complete, so buyers can assess the real quality of the work before committing.
